Abstract: A method of treating a mild and moderate Alzheimer's Disease (AD), including conducting a low-volume plasma exchange (LVPE) to a subject suffering from the mild and moderate Alzheimer's Disease (AD); and administering an effective amount of a composition including human albumin at a concentration between 5% (w/v) and 25% (w/v) to the subject during the LVPE to replace with a subject's plasma.
