    Abstract: A system and method for performing live firmware and configuration update. A method includes maintaining live operation of network nodes during an update, each of the network nodes including a disk that is divided into a plurality of partitions, a currently running application file is located in a first partition of the network node; and downloading an update file in a common partition of the disk of the network node to be updated. A method may include extracting the update file from the common partition to a second partition of the disc of the network nodes to be updated; and switching the live operation of the network nodes to operate from the currently running application file in the first partition to the update file in the second partition.

    Abstract: A node within a network including a plurality of interconnected nodes, and a method for operating a network that includes a plurality of interconnected nodes is provided. The network includes a primary path and an alternate path. Each path is respectively configured to connect a source node to a receiving node. The alternate path may include at least one more intermediate node than the primary path. Both the primary path and the alternate path are stored in a routing table. The data packets may be transmitted, substantially simultaneously, from the source node via the primary path and via the alternate path toward the receiving node. The data packets are accepted and forward by the receiving node. The determination of where to forward the data packets may be done locally by inspecting the incoming data packets.

The rocking means comprise a first toothed member integral with said secondary spacer and a second toothed member integral with said wiper blade, which are mounted meshed with one another to cause the rocking of said wiper blade about time longitudinal axis thereof in the rocking direction opposite to the direction of reciprocating movement of said first and second arms.

    Abstract: A catalyst system, a polymerization process using that catalyst system and polymers produced therefrom. The catalytic system results from the combination of bridged indenyl metallocenes of general formula I and an organoaluminium or boron perfluorinated co-catalyst, where M is a transition metal of Group 4 of the Periodic Table of the elements, Q is a divalent substituent and X1 and X2 are monovalent anionic ligands. Polyethylene copolymers made with such catalysts can have from narrow to broad to bimodal molecular weight distribution and melt indexes from about 0 to higher than 10 without the need of molecular weight regulators, depending on proper selection of the indenyl substituent, number of substituents (single or both indenes substituted) and the type of stereoisomeric form used: pure (racemic or meso) or mixtures thereof.
