The method also includes inserting a bolt body into the fixed positioning body from the outside of the panel, screwing a first fastening screw into the bolt body through the fixed positioning body from an inside of the panel so as to screw the bolt body directly on the panel and to fasten the fixed positioning body on the panel, and screwing a second fastening screw into the articulation end from the inside of the panel.
