    Abstract: A pulley, in particular for a continuously variable transmission, provided with two sheaves placed on a pulley shaft, at least one sheave being movable in the axial direction relative to the pulley shaft by movement structure. This movement structure includes at least one piston/cylinder assembly, and also fixing structure which fixes the movable sheave in the direction of rotation relative to the pulley shaft. According to the invention, the fixing structure is fitted at least inside a cylinder of the piston/cylinder assembly.
