  • Publication number: 20260162381
Abstract: The method and system for interactive customized artificial intelligence avatar trains at least one artificial intelligence (AI) avatar on an associated dataset. An audience member may interact with the artificial intelligence avatar. After being asked a question or receiving a message from the audience member the AI avatar provides a response. The system tracks the interaction between the audience member and the AI avatar. The system then checks the responses from the AI avatar to ensure accuracy. Finally, the dataset and audience member data is stored within the storage database for later access and learning.

  • Patent number: 12529838
Abstract: The invention relates to an arrangement and a method for efficient, non-linear light conversion. The object of the present invention of specifying an arrangement for efficient, non-linear light conversion, which simultaneously optimally fulfills the local conversion rate, the interaction scale, and the dispersive properties, is achieved in that the arrangement is provided in the form of a component, which comprises an optical waveguide or an optical fiber with or without cavities, wherein said arrangement consists of fiber cladding substrate or waveguide substrate (IV) with an adapted geometry, which defines the light-guiding properties of the fiber mode with designed dispersion properties (VI), and wherein the waveguide or the core carries a grown, atomically-thin layer of transition metal dichalcogenides in the form of crystallites, wherein this layer completely or partially covers the waveguide or the core.

  • Publication number: 20240164199
Abstract: A method of transferring a semiconductor film (120) from a first substrate (100) to a target substrate (170) is disclosed. The method comprises coating (210) a water-soluble thin film (110) onto the first substrate (100), growing (220) a layer of the semi-conductor film (120) onto the water-soluble thin film (100), placing (230) the water-soluble thin film (110) in contact with water (130) to enable dissolution of the water-soluble thin film (110), floating (250) the semiconductor film (120) on a meniscus (155) of water, placing one end of the floating semiconductor film (120) in contact with the target substrate (170), and passing (280) the target substrate (170) through the meniscus at an angle.

  • Publication number: 20230223654
Abstract: An exemplary lithium-ion battery may include an anode, a cathode, and a separator between the anode and cathode. The separator may be at least partially coated with a sub-nanometer porous membrane. The battery may be a conventional battery in which the anode and cathode are at least partially submerged in an electrolytic solution. Alternatively, the battery may be a solid-state battery disposed between the anode and cathode and having a solid-state electrolyte, which may serve as the separator.

  • Patent number: 9431565
Abstract: An opto-electronic sensor may provide one or more layers of atomically layered photo-sensitive materials. The sensor may include a gate electrode layer, a dielectric layer in contact with the gate electrode layer, and a working media layer that is photo-sensitive deposited on the dielectric layer. The working media layer may provide one or more layers of one or more materials where each of the one or more layers is an atomic layer. The sensor may also include side electrodes in contact with the working media layer.
