The instructions include monitoring a first position signal from the first boom position sensor, a second position signal from the second boom position sensor, the load signal, and the orientation signal. The instructions then include calculating a load vector based on the load signal and the orientation signal, generating a disorientation signal based on the load vector and a direction of travel, determining if the disorientation signal is outside a predetermined threshold, and actuating one or more of the actuators and the ground-engaging mechanism to reorient the load when the disorientation signal exceeds the predetermined threshold.

A computing device calculates a growth projection of mobile devices in a geographic region for a time period; calculates a visiting projection for a peak amount of mobile devices connected to wireless stations in the geographic area and their locations when connected to wireless stations within the time period; calculates an application-use projection for bandwidth use patterns of the mobile devices within the time period; and calculates a network impact projection for an amount bandwidth impact by the mobile devices at each of the wireless stations. The computing device generates a demand score for geographic units within the geographic region, based on the projections, and assigns, based on the demand score, one or more of the geographic units as placement locations for new wireless station during the time period.

    Abstract: Doping and functionalization could significantly assist in the improvement of the electrochemical properties of graphene derivatives. Herein, we report a one-pot synthesis of fluorinated graphene oxide (FGO) from graphite. The surface morphology, functionalities and composition of the resulting FGO have been studied using various surface characterization techniques, revealing that layer-structured nanosheets with ˜1.0 at. % F were formed. The carbon bound F exhibited semi-ionic bonding characteristic and significantly increased the capacitance of FGO compared to graphene oxide (GO). Further, the FGO has been employed for the simultaneous detection of heavy metal ions Cd2+, Pb2+, Cu2+ and Hg2+ using square wave anodic stripping voltammetry; and a substantial improvement in the electrochemical sensing performance is achieved in comparison with GO.
