Publication number: 20250148198Abstract: A computing system receives a request to generate one or more narrative frameworks for a worksheet. The worksheet is hosted by a third party server. The computing system interfaces with the third party server to retrieve data associated with the worksheet. The computing system infers attributes of the worksheet from the retrieved data. The attributes correspond to a type of data represented in the worksheet. The computing system generates a narrative template for the one or more narrative frameworks. The computing system generates one or more data variables for the one or more narrative frameworks based on the generated narrative template. The computing system constructs the one or more narrative frameworks by selectively retrieving data from the worksheet for each data variable of the one or more data variables in the narrative framework.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 8, 2025Publication date: May 8, 2025Applicant: Stats LLCInventors: Adam Long, Nick Haynes, Dan Salo, Heather Marie DAHM, Jacob McCright, Michael Dillon, Hannah Deters, Anup Khadka

Publication number: 20250148309Abstract: Some embodiments are directed to a computer implemented system and method to determine relationships between data elements using a knowledge graph are described. The method comprises establishing a knowledge graph having graph elements, associating weights with data elements and determining at least some of these weights to be modifiable weights. Training data is used to determine the relationships between data elements in the knowledge graph by calculating the strength of the relationship. The calculated relationship strength values are compared to previously established relationship strength values, and one or more modifiable weights are modified to reduce the error between the calculated and established relationship strength values. These steps are repeated until a matching criterion is reached.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 23, 2022Publication date: May 8, 2025Inventors: Adi BOTEA, Karthikeyan Sundararajan CHOKAPPA, Anup KUMAR, Tony MARRERO, Rhythm MEHRA, Srimaya PADHI

Patent number: 12288237Abstract: Embodiments provide systems, methods, and computer storage media for a Nonsymmetric Determinantal Point Process (NDPPs) for compatible set recommendations in a setting where data representing entities (e.g., items) arrives in a stream. A stream representing compatible sets of entities is received and used to update a latent representation of the entities and a compatibility distribution indicating likelihood of compatibility of subsets of the entities. The probability distribution is accessed in a single sequential pass to predict a compatible complete set of entities that completes an incomplete set of entities. The predicted complete compatible set is provided a recommendation for entities that complete the incomplete set of entities.Type: GrantFiled: May 12, 2022Date of Patent: April 29, 2025Assignee: Adobe Inc.Inventors: Ryan A. Patent number: 12278490Abstract: A dynamic simulation engine, having system parameters, may be provided for a component of an electrical power system (e.g., a generator, wind turbine, etc.). A model parameter tuning engine may receive, from a measurement data store, measurement data measured by an electrical power system measurement unit (e.g., a phasor measurement unit or digital fault recorder measuring a disturbance event). The model parameter tuning engine may then pre-condition the measurement data and set-up an optimization problem based on a result of the pre-conditioning. The system parameters of the dynamic simulation engine may be determined by solving the optimization problem with an iterative method until at least one convergence criteria is met. According to some embodiments, solving the optimization problem includes a Jacobian approximation that does not call the dynamic simulation engine if an improvement of residual meets a pre-defined criteria.Type: GrantFiled: November 5, 2018Date of Patent: April 15, 2025Assignee: GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANYInventors: Anup Menon, Chaitanya Ashok Baone, Honggang Wang, Mustafa Tekin Dokucu

Publication number: 20250111147Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for implementing automatic prompt optimization using textual gradients. In various embodiments, a feedback prompt, input into a large language model (“LLM”), is used to generate textual gradients that criticize a current prompt. The feedback prompt includes the current prompt and predictions that are incorrect compared with corresponding labels associated with minibatch data processed by the LLM using the current prompt. The textual gradients and current prompt are used in an editing prompt to the LLM to obtain a set of optimized prompts, which may be expanded using a paraphrasing prompt that is input into the LLM to generate a set of paraphrased prompts. A selection algorithm is used to select one or more optimized prompts from the set of optimized prompts and/or the set of paraphrased prompts, and the process is repeated with the selected one or more optimized prompts replacing the current prompt.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 29, 2023Publication date: April 3, 2025Applicant: Microsoft Technology Licensing, LLCInventors: Reid Allen PRYZANT, Jerry Zheng LI, Dan ITER, Yin Tat LEE, Chenguang ZHU, Nanshan ZENG, Anup Shirgaonkar

Patent number: 12266345Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to ASR and is particularly directed to automatic, efficient, and intelligent detection of transcription bias in ASR models. Contrary to a tradition approach to the testing of ASR bias, the example implementations disclosed herein do not require actual test speeches and corresponding ground-truth texts. Instead, test speeches may be machine-generated from a pre-constructed reference textual passage according short speech samples of speakers using a neural voice cloning technology. The reference passage may be constructed according to a particular target domain of the ASR model being tested. Bias of the ASR model in various aspects may be identified by analyzing transcribed text from the machine-generated speeches and the reference textual passage. The underlying principles for bias detection may be applied to evaluation of general transcription effectiveness and accuracy of the ASR model.Type: GrantFiled: August 25, 2022Date of Patent: April 1, 2025Assignee: Accenture Global Solutions LimitedInventors: Anup Bera, Hemant Palivela

Patent number: 12251438Abstract: The disclosure describes compositions containing PEGylated compounds using linkers, bivalent polysaccharide covalent PEG compounds, and methods of bivalent polysaccharide-PEG compounds in the development of multivalent vaccines. PEGylated conjugation of capsular polysaccharides to carrier proteins is carried out using homo-bifunctional and/or hetero-bifunctional linkers of specific lengths. Incorporation of bifunctional PEG linkers induces higher titers of functional antibodies with high avidity, eliciting higher immunologic memory, and reduced carrier protein effect. This provides immunochemically cross-reactive capsular polysaccharides wherein one or more cross-reactive capsular polysaccharides are covalently PEG compounded sequentially or concurrently to carrier protein using bifunctional linkers bearing the same or different functional groups.Type: GrantFiled: July 4, 2022Date of Patent: March 18, 2025Assignee: Inventprise, Inc.Inventors: Subhash V.
