Patent number: 11170045Abstract: A method, computer system, and computer program product are provided for processing an output of batch processed information. A document storage system receives the output of batch processed information from a number of company portals, websites, and online systems of organization. The document storage system separates the output into individual documents and individual forms. The document storage system indexes the individual documents and forms according to metadata. The metadata includes structural attributes extracted from the individual documents and forms, and company relevant parameters identified from business intelligence for the organization. The document storage system stores the individual documents and forms in association with the metadata. Responsive to storing the individual documents and forms, the document storage system generates an event message. The event message comprises information about the storing of the individual documents and forms.Type: GrantFiled: December 6, 2019Date of Patent: November 9, 2021Assignee: ADP, Inc.Inventors: Nagamalleswara Bodeddula, Deepak Gupta, Vijaya Mahesh Sayi, Ravi Lankalapalli, Madhusudhan Kakurala, Ram Sama, Srikanth Chintamaneni, Gopal Prasad, Harsh Sharma, Anuradha Verma, Kenneth Kingery, Michael Plonski, Ajit Kumar, Arjun Hegde, Margaret Aronson-Olague, Akshay Chopra, Maria Rios, Jie Huang, Christine Wymore, Pablo Budke

Patent number: 10817656Abstract: Enabling a computer to automatically enter information into a unified database from heterogenous documents. An image file is received. The image file is displayed in a first area of a window rendered on a tangible display device. The fields for data entry are displayed in a second area of the window. Optical character recognition is performed on the image file. At least one parameter of text is identified in the image file. The at least one parameter of the text is compared to at least one of a plurality of stored parameters. The text is sorted according to the at least one of the plurality of stored parameters into a plurality of categories, wherein sorted text is formed. The fields are auto-populated and displayed in the second area of the window based on the sorted text.Type: GrantFiled: November 22, 2017Date of Patent: October 27, 2020Assignee: ADP, LLCInventors: Sanjay Kutty, An Hongguo, Subhash C. Vinnakota, Keith Burke, Robert Seres, Danniel Condez, Erik Hanson, Anuradha Verma
