Abstract: A method for validating multiple documents associated with a transaction, comprising: using a processor, determining whether respective values from the multiple documents are valid; when the values are valid, aggregating the values to determine an aggregate value; and, determining whether the aggregate value is valid, validity of the values and the aggregate value being indicative of validity of the multiple documents.

Abstract: A method for validating multiple documents associated with a mortgage transaction, comprising: using a processor, applying a first rule to first and second mortgage document information to determine first and second values, respectively, and from the first and second values whether the first and second mortgage document information are valid; when the first and second mortgage document information relate to mortgage application related documents of a same type, applying a second rule to the first and second values to determine an aggregate value; when the first and second mortgage document information relate to mortgage application related documents of a different type, applying a third rule to the first and second values to determine the aggregate value; and, applying a fourth rule to the aggregate value to determine whether the aggregate value is valid.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system for a content wheel displayed on a graphical user interface (GUI) for scrolling through a set of content. The content wheel can present various types of content for which the user can view and interact. The content wheel provides a circular scrolling path for which a user's gestures are tracked. As the content wheel is spun, the content is programmatically changed. This allows continual visual interaction with the associated content and creates a visibly stunning interaction for the user. Additionally, there can be any number of content items displayed on the content wheel, as the school wheel's display and functionality allows for scalability of the interactive and displayed content.
