    Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to the field of wireless communications, and particularly to a procedure for dynamically updating a path selection policy for a UE in a wireless communication network. According to this procedure, a network entity detects a need to update the path selection policy based on data relating to a first communication path currently used in accordance with the path selection policy and at least one other communication path available in a wireless communication network. The data may comprise RRM measurements, Radio Channel measurements, QoS parameters, their statistics or predictions, and UE notifications of a success rate of the path selection policy. By using the data, the network entity dynamically updates the path selection policy by selecting, among the at least one other communication path, a second communication path to be used to support the communication service instead of the first communication path.
