Abstract: The present invention is related to presentation of a representation of a garment or apparel to a viewer. The present invention particularly discloses a system [100] and method [200] for visualization of apparel, especially custom styling of the garment designed. It allows for real time drafting and preview of a garment with various style preferences selected by the customer. The method [200] for custom visualization of apparel in a computer based network, comprises accession [201] at a user interface [102] the apparel/garment display as a base/catalogue image [400] with default style options, selection [202] of custom style options by the user at the user interface [102], and processing of the base image [400] to depict/display the custom style option chosen by the user real time. The invention focuses on helping the customers in visualizing the garment or apparel that would be tailored to their style preferences.

Abstract: Embodiments are directed to locating and restoring backed up items using a custom schema and to efficiently transferring recovery data. In an embodiment, a computer system defines a schema that provides data search and retrieval among backup data sets. The schema stores searchable attributes for each database item and leverages a file system to store file system metadata for the data items of the backup sets. The computer system receives a request to find data items among the backup data sets and accesses the schema to determine, from the stored searchable attributes, which recovery points among the backup data sets include the requested data items. The computer system also restores the requested data items from the determined recovery point within the backup data sets.

Abstract: A method for verifying data copies generated by a data protection system is provided. In accordance with the method, intents for selecting a data copy to be verified are determined. The intents may specify a time period after which data is to be verified and an interval for which the verification is to be repeated. Additionally, utilizing the intents, a data copy matching those intents is identified and verified. A data copy may be verified by comparing a checksum of the data copy with a known checksum value. If the data copy fails to be verified, a copy of the data copy is generated.
