Various components enable the orientation of the fill inlet relative to the housing to be changed. In some cases, the fill inlet is defined by the housing. In other examples, the fill inlet is defined by the housing in cooperation with a guide member. In still other cases, the fill inlet is defined by one of the gaskets.

In certain examples, the location of the pivot axis about which the bulkhead members pivot can be changed without changing the bulkhead members.
