The unimpeded pourer device includes a pourer assembly adapted to be in fluid communication with a bottle and including a tubular member having a bore disposed therein, and also including a spout in fluid communication with the tubular member and having passageway extending therethrough in communication with the bore; and a valve assembly in communication with the pourer assembly for dispensing measured amounts of liquid through and from the pourer assembly.

The assembly and method for pouring liquid from a container includes a pourer adapter including a tube portion having an open top, a bottom and a bore disposed therein through the open top and the bottom, and also configured to fasten to a container to facilitate emptying of liquid from the container; and a pourer member removably engaged to the pourer adapter for pouring the liquid from the container.

Abstract: A liquid pourer for pouring liquid from a bottle, most likely liquor, has a new sealing cork enabling much easier insertion and extraction of the pourer into and out of a bottle, a new cork and collar combination enabling similar easier insertion and extraction, and a new dump cap for portion control pouring wherein a new assembly and sealing method and structure is provided, and numerous new improvements making the pourer provide higher quality pouring.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for filling vessels with liquid has a non-electric fill indicator having an air passageway leading up and out of the vessel to an air flow indicator, air escaping during filling causes the indicator to whistle and when the whistle stops, the vessel is filled and the user stops filing; a funnel has an elongate air inlet port through a side wall to an adjustable height air inlet to the indicator, air flow is not stopped until the height level of opened air inlet port is covered by the vessel liquid.
