The property can work independently or in concert with the owner and other parties in achieving these tasks. A real estate property can benefit from the use of a property management server that can be delegated by the owner of the property to manage the property either independently or in concert with the owner. This server can access and maintain data associated with assets of the property.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses may be used to create a property archivist that can enable automated customer service, in which an electronic inventory may be automatically generated and used to assist in resolving customer service needs. In an example, an apparatus may include a processor and a memory coupled with the processor that effectuates operations. The operations may include detecting a product; based on the detection, adding the product to a property archive, wherein the property archive comprises a profile for plurality of products at a location; obtaining an indication of a problem with the product; based on the detected problem, initiating a service request for the product; automatically diagnosing the problem to determine a resolution; and based on the determined resolution, automatically purchasing a part of the product and shipping the part for the product to a location of the product.

Abstract: A system of cameras can be used to generate a complete field of view within an edge network. For example, one camera can have a field of view where part of the view is obstructed by an object and/or by the camera's orientation. Yet another camera that is a part of the edge network can supplement the view of the first camera by providing an alternate view. The two views can be stitched together by a coordinate system such that a complete field of view can be utilized by both cameras. Additionally, where a field of view is not available by any stationary camera, the system can dispatch a mobile camera to help supplement the views.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, the contextual presentation of steps to perform a task. A virtual assistant may search a task server to retrieve a list steps to perform a task in response to a request from a user. The list of steps may include instructions, dependency information, and owner information. The virtual assistant may then work collaboratively with the user to perform the list steps in the task.
