  • Publication number: 20210346394
Abstract: The invention comprises the administration of a remyelinating agent to treat a demyelinating condition, such as MS. Disclosed are various remyelinating compositions which promote remyelination, oligodendrocyte differentiation, and the treatment of demyelinating conditions such as MS. In one aspect, the remyelinating compositions are selective estrogen receptor modulators with remyelinating properties. In one aspect, the remyelinating compositions are agonists of GPR56, a G-protein coupled receptor which has not previously been identified as an effector of remyelination.

  • Publication number: 20210228142
Abstract: Fixational eye movement may be analyzed to determine one or more characteristics thereof. Exemplary characteristics include measurements of microsaccade and drift measurement. These measurements may be correlated to a value for a diagnostic indicator for a neurological disorder or disease. These correlations may be used to diagnose, monitor, and prognosticate neurological disorders without administration of traditionally used neurological function tests or analysis of biological samples by which the diagnostic indicators are typically determined.

  • Patent number: 10592000
Abstract: A computing device provides augmented reality images of an environment in which the computing device is used. The computing device is further configured to display a graphical user interface for interacting with the computing device. The graphical user interface may be displayed according to one or more configured graphical user interface layouts. The computing device further includes an inertial measurement unit, which provides input for interacting with one or more portions of the graphical user interface. As a user of the computing device moves the computing device, corresponding graphical changes are made to the displayed graphical user interface. In this way, by moving the computing device, the user is able to interact with, and provide input to, the computing device.
