  • Patent number: 8241172
Abstract: The invention relates to an arrangement and a corresponding planetary gear for increasing the rotation speed including a sun wheel (12), a gear rim (10), a planet gear (14), a power input shaft (46), and a planet carrier. A construction (40) allowing flexing is placed between the support length (f) of the first fastening end (62) of the shaft (20) of the planet wheel (18) and the closest bearing for dynamically adapting the mesh geometry.

  • Patent number: 7753817
Abstract: An arrangement in a planetary gearing includes a rotatable shaft connected to the planet wheel carrier of planet wheels, an internal gear and a sun wheel, wherein the planet wheels operatively engage by their coggings, i.e. mesh, with the outermost fixed-position cogging of the internal gear and with the centrally located cogging of the sun wheel. The power is transmitted from the sun wheel to the input shaft of the following stage by a coupling permitting radial and/or angular deflection. The lubrication system includes a connection permitting rotation and deflection between the frame and the planet wheel carrier.

  • Publication number: 20070197339
Abstract: The invention relates to an arrangement in a planetary gearing (10) comprising a rotatable shaft (11) connected to the planet wheel carrier (13) of planet wheels (14a), an internal gear (15) and a sun wheel (16), wherein the planet wheels (14a) operatively engage by their coggings (14?), i.e. mesh, with the outermost fixed-position cogging (15?) of the internal gear (15) and with the centrally located cogging (16?) of the sun wheel (16). The power is transmitted from the sun wheel (16) to the input shaft (33) of the following stage (30) by means of a coupling permitting radial and/or angular deflection. The lubrication system includes a connection (20) permitting rotation and said deflection between the frame (8) and the planet wheel carrier (13).

  • Patent number: 6176804
Abstract: A planetary gear train for a wind power station having at least one rotatable blade, including a frame, a driven shaft coupled to the frame and rotated by the at least one blade, a planet carrier coupled to the frame and the driven shaft, the planet carrier being structured and arranged to rotate with the driven shaft, at least one planet gear rotatably coupled to the planet carrier, each of the at least one planet gear having helical toothings, a ring gear coupled to the frame and having helical toothings engaging with the toothings of each of the at least one planet gear such that the ring gear is rotatably operative with each of the at least one planet gear, and a sun gear coupled to the frame and having helical toothings engaging with the toothings of each of the at least one planet gear such that the sun gear is rotatably operative with each of the at least one planet gear.
