  • Publication number: 20240072592
Abstract: An annular stator provided with axial stator slots and stator teeth formed between adjacent stator slots. Each stator slot receives a conductor of a stator winding. The stator is formed of stator sectors. Each stator sector includes two outermost stator teeth and intermediate stator teeth between the two outermost stator teeth. A width of the two outermost stator teeth is equal. Adjacent stator slots within each stator sector are distanced by a first slot pitch and adjacent stator slots belonging to different stator sectors are distanced by a second slot pitch. The first slot pitch is smaller than the second slot pitch.

  • Patent number: 10389190
Abstract: The electric machine comprises a rotor, a stator surrounding the rotor and a support structure. The stator has a longitudinal center axis and is supported on the support structure with support elements. The stator comprises a cylindrical stator core having a laminated structure and slots for a stator winding and a stator frame surrounding the stator core. The stator frame comprises two opposite end constructions and at least one frame plate located between the end constructions. A support element is located between each end construction and the adjacent frame plate and between adjacent frame plates. The support element is made of cast iron and attached to the end constructions, the frame plate and the support structure with fastening means based on a compression joint, whereby the stator frame becomes attached to the support structure via the support elements.

  • Patent number: 10110087
Abstract: Electric machine comprises a rotor and a stator surrounding the rotor. The stator comprises a cylindrical stator core having a laminated structure and slots for a stator winding and a stator frame surrounding the stator core. The stator core is attached with fastening brackets by means of fastening means based on a compression joint to the stator frame. The stator frame comprises two opposite end constructions and a frame plate located between the end constructions. Back beams extending in the axial direction of the stator are attached to an outer surface of the stator core. Each fastening bracket comprises two perpendicular branches, a first branch attached to the stator frame plate and a second branch attached to the back beam by fastening means based on a compression joint. The fastening means passes through openings in each branch.

  • Patent number: 9859762
Abstract: An electric machine can include a stator, a rotor frame and a pole arrangement with: plural segment pieces disposed circumferentially around, and fastened to, the rotor frame; permanent magnet pieces positioned on inclined side edges of each segment piece; and plural pole pieces disposed circumferentially around the rotor frame and disposed alternatingly with the segment pieces. The magnet pieces are pressed between inclined side edges of the pole pieces and the inclined side edges of the segment pieces. The segment pieces, the permanent magnet pieces and the pole pieces form a closed ring around the outer surface of the rotor frame, with plural such rings being arranged after each other in an axial direction. An axial air channel can pass through the rings, and at least one radial air duct (R1, R2) between the rings.
