  • Patent number: 11403845
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer system, a computer program product, and a method that comprises determining potential risks associated with a building by analyzing images of the building; generating an interactive diagram that includes a visual representation of structures associated with the building that depicts the determined potential risks associated with the building; and creating a geo-fence surrounding the building upon the program determining potential risks.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: January 21, 2020
Date of Patent: August 2, 2022
    Assignee: Kyndryl, Inc.
Inventors: Andre Luis Correa, Ariane Hernandes Amadeu, Filipe Veiga Gazzoli, Daniel Neves Zanon, Tiago Dias Generoso
  • Patent number: 11244161
Abstract: A method, a computer program product, and a computer system manage tree risk. The method includes receiving images corresponding to a geographic area. The method includes determining whether a first tree captured in at least one of the images has a condition exhibiting a tree risk that poses a hazard above an acceptable threshold. As a result of the first tree having the condition above the acceptable threshold, the method includes generating a notification identifying the first tree and a location of the first tree. The method includes transmitting the notification to a team equipped to remediate the condition of the first tree.

  • Patent number: 8738943
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an approach for controlling and minimizing electrical power consumption of a plurality of lights and electronic devices connected to a networked computing environment, wherein asset and space management software can be utilized to monitor and remotely turn off the electronic devices that are determined as not being utilized, based on observed indicators of inactivity associated with the electronic devices. Specifically, the location of the electronic devices are determined and then registered and stored in a database, wherein the electronic devices include desktop computers, laptops, phones, and heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems that are connected to the networked computing environment.
