Abstract: Pre-converted roll stock has a continuous web with printable surfaces that include a plurality of spaced registration marks for reference in positioning converting operations and image printing. The web has been pre-converted by application of remoistenable and pressure sensitive co-adhesive compositions, scratch off coatings, perforations, scores, notches, embossing and die cuts in preselected locations to form templates on the continuous web roll for a variety of printing and packaging applications, including printed pieces with self-mailers, return envelopes, reply cards, presentation folders, boxes and CD jackets. Selected registration marks are used to align an imaging device such as a digital press for printing the pre-converted stock with personalized variable data in the form of text and images.
