Abstract: A vibratory apparatus includes a trough having side walls, and a deck section having a deck plate defining at least in part a deck and side walls, the side walls of the deck section resiliently coupled to the side walls of the trough. The apparatus also includes a primary vibratory generator coupled to the trough, the primary vibratory generator operating a first frequency and a first amplitude, and a secondary vibratory generator coupled to the deck section, the secondary vibratory generator operating at a second frequency and a second amplitude, the second frequency being higher than the first frequency and the second amplitude being smaller than the first amplitude.
