Abstract: An adjustable seating assembly made up of a seating or load-bearing support (2), a back-rest (3), head-rest (5), arm-rest members (4, 4A) and a ground-engaging or support structure (1), all interconnected in such a manner as to allow for selective adjustment of each member in a progressive manner whereby to have the assembly capable of adopting a variety of different in-use configurations so as to satisfy different requirements of users thereof. A foot-rest is also included which is adjustable both angularly (tiltably) and vertically relative to the ground or the like surface.
