    Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for obtaining and using primary access numbers on a wireless mobile device. This is accomplished through the use of a mobile client stored on the mobile wireless device. The mobile client being connected via a wireless network to a system server, the server providing primary access numbers for purchases and reconciling a purchase using a primary access number with a financial institution, a merchant or a third party. In alternative embodiment the merchant may connect directly with the financial institution, bypassing the system server.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for presenting offers for goods and services and facilitating payments for the goods and services through the use of a mobile wireless device such as a cellular telephone. This is accomplished through the use of a mobile client stored on the mobile wireless device. Payments for goods or services may be made directly from mobile wireless device by the user of the mobile wireless device. These payments are reconciled with financial institutions or the mobile servers of other users by a system server. Payments may be to a merchant or to another user of a mobile wireless device. Payments may be initiated through a wireless network connected to the Internet or through the use of Near Field Communications between wireless mobile devices.
