  • Patent number: 11449728
Abstract: There are provided a system and method of optimization of operating a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), the method including: for each given layer of the CNN, obtaining at least one input feature map, retrieving an index of one or more filters in the given layer; generating one or more output feature maps corresponding to the one or more filters, including: for each given block, querying the index to find a number of selected filters meeting a predetermined criterion related to respective inner products between the selected filters and the given block, applying the selected filters on the given block to obtain a number of output values for a given output position in a number of output feature maps corresponding to the number of selected filters, and filling in the given output position in the rest of output feature maps with a value of zero, thereby reducing the computational cost of operating the CNN.

  • Patent number: 10599938
Abstract: Aircraft system and method detecting and present information relating to adverse airborne phenomena along an aircraft flight route. An imaging unit that includes an IR detector and a tunable spectral filter acquires IR images of the external environment, by acquiring wideband IR images when operating in a second mode. A data analysis unit detects and determines characteristics of adverse airborne phenomena in the environment based on at least the spectral signatures of environmental features in the acquired narrowband IR images. A display unit dynamically displays a visual representation of the detected adverse airborne phenomenon and its determined characteristics, overlaid onto a view of the external environment displayed to an operator of the aircraft. The visual representation may include variable visual attributes representing respective categories of characteristics of the detected adverse airborne phenomenon.

  • Patent number: 10089547
Abstract: Aircraft system and method detecting and present information relating to adverse airborne phenomena along an aircraft flight route. An imaging unit that includes an IR detector and a tunable spectral filter acquires IR images of the external environment, by acquiring wideband IR images when operating in a first mode and narrowband IR images respective of difference IR spectral bands when operating in a second mode.

  • Publication number: 20080208579
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for session processing includes identifying a type of data item that is presented to a user by a computerized system. A session in which the user interacts with the computerized system is recorded. A data item of the identified type is automatically detected in the recorded session. The recorded session is replayed, while refraining from presenting the detected data item in the replayed session.
