The first and second side portions extend from the upper portion and at least partially define an opening, and the first and second side portions each have an inner edge and an outer edge. The modular housing also includes a first side wall extending from the outer edge of the first side portion and a second side wall extending from the outer edge of the second side portion. The opening is sized to receive the electronic gaming assembly. At least one of the first side wall and the second side wall forms an acute angle with the front wall.
