Publication number: 20210086778Abstract: A method for emergency response handling includes receiving an emergency signal from at least one of a vehicle or a user device of an occupant of the vehicle. Sensor data from one or more sensors in the vehicle or the user device is collected. An in-vehicle emergency is detected based on the sensor data and a severity level and a context associated with the in-vehicle emergency are determined. From a plurality of responses, one or more responses are selected, based on the determined severity level and context, for handling the in-vehicle emergency. Response actions are executed based on the selected responses. Execution of the response actions includes communicating, an instruction to at least one of the user device, an emergency contact, a response team, and user devices associated with users present within a first distance from the vehicle.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 21, 2020Publication date: March 25, 2021Applicant: OLA ELECTRIC MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITEDInventors: Parth Suthar, Sudhir Singh Mor, Shreeyash Salunke, Arijit Dey, Mihul Prakash, Arjun S, Manu Chaudhary, Poorva Mankad, Ravi Shankar Singh Ahirwar

Publication number: 20210027334Abstract: A vehicle-mounted communication system is provided. The communication system includes a communication device. The communication device includes at least a plurality of displays that are mounted on top of a vehicle. Each display includes a smoky acrylic covering for hiding one or more dead pixels. Based on real-time status of the vehicle, a driver of the vehicle, or a passenger therein, the communication device obtains targeted content and displays the targeted content on the plurality of displays for communicating relevant information to various prospective passengers for their rides or other near-by individuals who can offer help in case of any emergency.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 22, 2020Publication date: January 28, 2021Applicant: OLA ELECTRIC MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITEDInventors: Parth Suthar, Sudhir Singh Mor, Shreeyash Salunke, Arjun S, Subramanian Ramakrishnan, Subhojit Basu, Akshay P, Arijit Dey, Mihul Prakash, Manu Chaudhary, Poorva Mankad, Ravi Shankar Singh Ahirwar, Varun A. Publication number: 20190258575Abstract: A cache manager generates a navigational graph which includes nodes representing possible actions for an application and edges which indicate the ability for users to navigate among the actions. When selecting data to cache, the cache manager determines which actions in the navigational graph are currently being accessed by users and identifies connected nodes to which the users may subsequently navigate. The cache manager determines an index for each of the connected nodes and caches data for nodes which have the highest index. The cache manager can determine the index based on a variety of parameters including an aggregate probability distribution that the node will be reached by a user, a business criticality value for the node, a node response time for when the node data is not cached, a size of data associated with the node, and an average time that data for the node will be cached.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 22, 2018Publication date: August 22, 2019Inventors: Arijit Dey, Subhasis Khatua, Surya Kiran Satyavarapu

Patent number: 10078741Abstract: Systems and methods for enabling user authentication using a first computing device (e.g., a tablet computer) for providing user credentials including an obfuscated password to an application server for authenticating the user credentials and a second computing device different from the first computing device (e.g., a mobile phone) for generating the obfuscated password are described. In some cases, the first computing device may request a login page for accessing a protected resource (e.g., an electronic file) from the application server, which may generate a user specific grid for the login page and send the login page including the user specific grid to the first computing device. The user specific grid may include a plurality of symbols (e.g., alphanumeric characters) associated with a password. The second computing device may generate the obfuscated password using the plurality of symbols entered by a user of the second computing device.Type: GrantFiled: May 11, 2016Date of Patent: September 18, 2018Assignee: CA, INC.Inventors: Surya Kiran Satyavarapu, Arijit Dey, Souptik Sen, Gowtham Sen Potnuru

Patent number: 9922126Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to information technology (IT), and more particularly to a system and method for IT infrastructure transformation. In some embodiments, information related to an IT infrastructure is gathered, a current maturity level of the IT infrastructure is assessed using an analytical maturity model, and a transformation roadmap is derived to achieve a desired maturity level of the IT infrastructure based on the current maturity level and the information gathered. In some embodiments, the analytical maturity model is configured to provide maturity ratings based on the information gathered and industry standard.Type: GrantFiled: June 30, 2015Date of Patent: March 20, 2018Assignee: WIPRRO LIMITEDInventors: Sriram Bhargav Madhav, Adarsh Hassan Devendraswamy, Arijit Dey

Patent number: 9672246Abstract: Methods for determining the representation of time-dependent attributes stored in a database and extracting data according to the representation of the time-dependent attributes are described. In some cases, a time-dependent attribute may comprise a time scale varying attribute (TSV) in which a sum may be computed for any date range. In some embodiments, a time-dependent attribute may be represented as a Character Large Object (CLOB) that encodes information about the time-dependent attribute in a text string and may be accessed by table functions. Alternatively, some time-dependent attributes may also be represented as Binary Large Objects (BLOBs) that are used to populate timeslicing tables. Upon receiving a query for data pertaining to a stored time-dependent attribute, a system identifies whether the stored time-dependent attribute is represented as a CLOB or a BLOB, and generates the queried data in a manner dependent on the representation of the time-dependent attribute.Type: GrantFiled: September 7, 2013Date of Patent: June 6, 2017Assignee: CA, INC.Inventors: David Arthur Volk, Arijit Dey
