Abstract: The disclosure describes a docking device for hand tool, and devices which can be attached to clothing or an adhesively backed docking stud. The device contains both carabiner and alligator clips elements simultaneously in the same device.

Abstract: A spectacle holder including: a loop member; and a sliding member slidingly disposed on the loop member; wherein the sliding member slides on the loop member to capture a portion of a spectacle in a portion of the loop member. The sliding member can be decorative, such as a charm, broach, or pendant. The sliding member can also have one or more holes therethrough for acceptance of first and second strands of the loop member, the one or more holes having an exit located above a lower portion of the sliding member such that the portion of the loop member is hidden from view when worn by a user and no spectacle is captured.

Abstract: An eyeglass holder for securing eyeglasses to a material including a first clip for removably attaching the eyeglass holder to the material. The first clip including a first arm. The eyeglass holder further including an eyeglass support pivotally attached to the first arm for receiving and removably securing a portion of the eyeglasses thereto. The support being rotatable about a first axis and a second axis. The second axis is offset from the first axis, thereby allowing the support to maintain a vertical position with regard to gravity substantially independent of a position of the first clip.
