  • Patent number: 4382629
Abstract: A convertible seat structure for an automobile vehicle includes a seat pivotably connected to the vehicle by a link member and a backrest pivotably connected to the vehicle at a pivot. • Patent number: 4311067
Abstract: The device is so designed as to be cheap enough to be sold in large numbers and is particularly simple, compact and has a very low power consumption. It comprises a hydrokinetic converter and a gear mechanism having two forward speeds established by means of two pairs of pinions. It is completed by two clutches and a free-wheel disposed in the converter which provide the connection with the two input elements of the mechanism. These two clutches are actuated by a single slidable plate which moves as a function of parameters such as the speed of the vehicle or the load on the engine. The two clutches are disposed on opposite sides of the plate and one clutch is connected in parallel with the free-wheel.

  • Patent number: 4249753
Abstract: The invention provides a simpler and cheaper arrangement of the support for the lower guide means of each wheel in a front set of wheels having independently suspended wheels. This is achieved by providing a cross-member which is fixed under the side-frames of the vehicle and ties which are fixed to the side-frames and are supported by the cross-member. End portions of the ties extend beyond the cross-member and act as a journal for pivotally mounting the ends of the transverse guide arms.Application in particular in MacPherson type suspensions.

  • Patent number: 3971349
Abstract: The invention is applied to a combustion engine having a stator and a rotor which defines, with the stator inner wall, radial rotating cylinders in which reciprocating pistons are adapted to reciprocate in such manner that the induction ports and exhaust ports in the stator inner wall communicate with each cylinder respectively during the induction and exhaust stages of a four-stroke cycle. The feature of the invention is the provision of two series of induction ports disposed in parallel. The fuel feed device of the engine has respective fuel feed means associated with each of the two series of induction ports.
