Abstract: A system that achieves continuous supervision of all the installations of the home, detection of any type of incident in real time and the indication of the incident both locally and remotely, in addition to being able to carry out actions related to protecting the home, such as shutting off the water supply, opening the sprinklers, etc. To do so, it comprises: a touch screen that acts as an interface based on the use of a series of icons, by which the interaction and manipulation of the system is carried out, an electronic card responsible for controlling the system in its entirety, and a series of sensors placed on different parts of the different installations to be monitored and that are connected with the electronic card.

Abstract: A wall holder for charging cell phones that has a general U-shaped configuration comprising a first arm (1) and a second arm (3) facing each other, wherein the second arm (3) is also an arm that can be unfolded or detached at a distance thereof with respect to the first arm, said second arm (2) having a retractable horizontal latch (5) in the inner space of the mount through a slot (6), being able to select the position in which said second arm (2) is to be left at a distance thereof with respect to the first arm (1), wherein there are also connection plugs (8) to a power outlet in the rear face of the wall mount, said plugs (8) being placed on a rotatable mount (9) with respect to the rest of the mount, and it has a USB connector on one side. The holder makes it possible to not only secure any type of cell phone, but also be able to proceed to recharge the cell phone.
