Abstract: A pickleball training system is disclosed. The pickleball training system includes a paddle. The pickleball training system includes a handle. The pickleball training system comprising a midsection, wherein the midsection is thinner than the handle and comprises of a narrow composition. The pickleball training system includes a primary hitting surface comprising of a smaller surface area than a traditional paddle due to the width of the widest part of the paddle being approximately 3 inches in diameter and not wider than 3 inches in diameter and not less than 2.5 inches in diameter and under 13.75 inches long.
