Abstract: Described is an oral appliance for providing sleep apnea relief. The appliance includes a body formed in a u-shape ending in a rear portion having a first end and a second end. A malleable metal spine is molded into the body and protrudes from at least one of the first and second ends. A tongue depressor is connected with the malleable spine, thereby allowing a user to bend the malleable spine to position the tongue depressor into the desired position.
