  • Patent number: 11296565
Abstract: The invention relates to a stator having a multi-phase wave winding made of hairpin conductor elements (5). Each phase consists of two parallel or serially connected branches (6, 6.1, 6.2). Each branch has a first (3.1) and a second (3.2) winding portion, which are connected to each other in series. The slot position of the two limbs (5.1) of each hairpin conductor element alternates by +?1. The first winding portion (3.1) extends clockwise along the stator circumference; the second winding portion (3.2) extends counterclockwise and is connected to the first winding portion via a reverse-connector conductor element (12, 12.1, 12.2). Both limbs of the reverse-connector conductor element (12.1) of the first winding branch (6.1) are located in the uppermost slot position; the limbs of the reverse-connector conductor element (12.2) of the second winding branch (6.2) are located in the lowermost slot position.

  • Patent number: 8604660
Abstract: The invention relates to a stator of an electrical machine, with at least one stator tooth and a coil wound outside of the stator, which coil has been pushed onto the stator tooth substantially radially. It is provided that the coil (4) is held radially on the stator tooth (2) by means of at least one form-fitting connection (13). Furthermore, the invention relates to an electrical machine with such a stator (1).

  • Patent number: 8487491
Abstract: A stator for an electric motor has phase potential bars and an insulating retaining element. The insulating retaining element includes a first component configured to accommodate the phase potential bars and to insulate the phase potential bars electrically from one another. The insulating retaining element additionally includes a second component which is separate from the first component. The second component, in conjunction with the first component, forms a trough that borders on the phase potential bars.

  • Patent number: 7750516
Abstract: An electric machine, in particular an alternator for motor vehicles, includes a stator (16), which supports a stator winding (18) that has winding ends (78), a voltage regulator assembly (65), and a rectifier. The electrical connection between the winding ends (78) and the rectifier is situated underneath the voltage regulator assembly (65). A stator for an electric machine, in particular for an alternator for motor vehicles, includes a stator (16), which supports a stator winding (18) that has winding ends (78). The winding ends (78) are connected to an additional conductor element (80), which joins a plurality of individual wires of the winding ends (78) together by means of a clamp-like junction region (81) and is embodied in the form of a sheet metal part.
