    Abstract: There is an energy supply device comprising: a cell unit for receiving and/or delivering electrical energy in an operating state of the energy supply device. The cell unit comprises a first connection element and a second connection element, which transmit electrical energy; a tempering apparatus for tempering the cell unit via a medium flow (MS) in a channel which guides the medium flow (MS) along at least one flow direction. The tempering apparatus forms, a first coupling with the first connection element and a second coupling with the second connection element, and is configured to galvanically separate from each other the first connection element and the second connection element between the first coupling and the second coupling via an insulating section of the channel, to avoid electrical contacting of the first and second connection elements. There is also a method for setting the temperature of an energy supply device.
