  • Patent number: 10451140
Abstract: A mounting device, in particular to the mounting of an internal combustion engine on a chassis of a motor vehicle, which is provided with a fluid working chamber that is fluidically connected via at least one fluid channel to a fluid equalization chamber via at least one fluid channel in a housing. At the same time, a fluid damping chamber is provided, which is separated by an elastic membrane from the fluid working chamber and which is connected with fluidic connection via a throttling channel to an outer environment of the mounting device. The throttling channel is formed by a replaceable throttling element separately from the housing.

  • Patent number: 8746713
Abstract: A wheel suspension for motor vehicles includes at least one wheel guide element which is articulated both on an auxiliary frame that can be connected to the body of the motor vehicle and on a wheel carrier, a suspension and damping system as well as a steering system for the wheel. To achieve a universally applicable wheel suspension using identical parts, the auxiliary frame for each wheel suspension is designed as an independent modular frame, on which the a wheel guide element(s) is/are articulated, on which the suspension and damping system is supported, and on which at least one actuator is arranged directly or indirectly for actuating the suspension and damping system and/or the steering system and thus for setting predetermined wheel-specific wheel guidance and/or steering parameters.

  • Patent number: 8616569
Abstract: The invention relates to an arrangement of a stabilizer (44), which is configured in two parts, on a wheel suspension for a motor vehicle, characterized in that the stabilizer parts (43) thereof can be rotated relative to one another in the same or opposite direction by means of an associated motor/gear unit (46). Each stabilizer part (43) comprises a hollow-cylindrical outer torsion bar (49) whose end on the gear side (45) is connected to a gear output (50a) and whose end distal from the gear is connected for drive purposes to an inner torsion bar (47) which is guided through the hollow-cylindrical outer torsion bar (49) and out of the end (45) on the gear side of the hollow-cylindrical outer torsion bar. The inner torsion bar (47) is directly or indirectly connected to an output lever (41) which is articulated on a wheel suspension element (16).

  • Patent number: 8573617
Abstract: A wheel suspension for motor vehicles includes at least one upper control arm, in particular an upper transverse control arm, and at least one lower control arm, in particular a lower transverse control arm, which are hinged on the body of the motor vehicle suspension on the one hand, and on the other hand are connected to a wheel carrier, thus forming a preferred, substantially vertical steering axle. At least one suspension spring and at least one shock absorber are provided. The at least one suspension spring and/or the at least one shock absorber are designed to be rotatable.

  • Patent number: 8511697
Abstract: The invention relates to an arrangement of a stabilizer (26), which is configured in two parts, on a wheel suspension for a motor vehicle, comprising torsion bars (26b) which are separated from each other and are each articulated on wheel suspension elements (16) by means of an output lever (26a) and can be co-rotated in the same or opposite direction by means of associated actuating devices (30), wherein each torsion bar (26b) is extended with a hollow shaft (26e) which encompasses the torsion bar (26b) in order to increase the effective torsion length, the output lever (26a) being formed on the hollow shaft. According to the invention, the torsion bar (26b) is mounted in a fixed bearing (59) in the actuating device (30) and in an axial loose bearing (26d) in the hollow shaft (26e).

  • Patent number: 7926822
Abstract: An adjustment device for suspension means in wheel suspensions of motor vehicles, with the suspension means having a first spring, for example a bearing spring that is arranged between the assembly of the motor vehicle and wheel guide elements, and/or a second spring, for example a preloaded spring that is connected in parallel or in series, as well as an electrically-actuated actuator, by means of which a force adjustment between the motor vehicle assembly and the wheel guide elements is made possible. According to the invention, the electric actuator is provided with an integrated brake or lock that acts in a bistable manner in such a way that in the unpowered state, it can occupy an open or closed position, and can be switched by means of electric actuation from the open to the closed position and vice versa.
