Abstract: The invention proposes an electronic apparatus (10) which comprises a housing (12) of which one wall has a window (50) passed through by a display device (52) such as a liquid crystal display device (52), and of the type of which the housing (12) accommodates at least a first electric switch (74) which permits the modification of the electric state of an associated control circuit, such as a control circuit for the display device (52), characterized in that said display device (52) comprises at least an external control part (66) to which a user can apply a control force, and an internal activation part (68) of which an activation surface (70) can co-operate with a trigger element (72) of the associated electric switch (74), and in that the display device (52) is arranged movable relative to the housing (12) between a rest position and an activation position in which the activation part (68) cooperates with the trigger element (72) of the switch (74).

Abstract: The invention relates to a housing (10) for an electronic device of the type that comprises a main part or body (24) with an opening, and a movable part or cover (28) which forms a blocking cover of the opening between an assembled position on the body (24) and a disassembled position of the type in which the cover (28) comprises at least a hook (40) which is retained in assembled position by a retractable catch (42) which is installed movably in guiding means (44) of the housing (10) between a locked position and an unlocked position, characterized in that the retractable catch (42) belongs to a locking element (46) whose translation is guided along a longitudinal direction roughly orthogonal to the direction in which the hook (40) extends and which comprises a longitudinal stem portion which co-operates with the hook (40) and in that the housing (10) comprises retaining means for retaining the stem portion in locked position.

Abstract: The electromagnetic shielding screen is intended for at least one electronic circuit (12) disposed on a substrate (11), having side faces called vertical faces that form a band (2), and an upper face (3) whose edges coincide with the upper faces of said vertical side faces, the band and the upper face being realized at least partly of an electrically conducting material and forming a sub-set provided for being applied against the support substrate (11) of the circuit (13) to be shielded. At least a key portion movable by depression, positioned substantially perpendicularly to the wall, is present inside the housing and, aligned to the key portion, a first moving contact actuator portion, as well as a cooperating contact portion that makes breakable electrical contact with the printed circuit board. The depressible key portion is positioned on a first face of a first portion of an elastic carrier plate inside the housing and the first moving contact actuator portion is positioned on the facing second face. The contact portion is connected to a first face of the elastic carrier plate facing the printed circuit board. A second moving contact actuator portion is present on the second face of the second portion of the elastic carrier plate and is aligned to the contact portion.

Abstract: The invention discloses a device for realizing a power supply contact between printed circuits on a printed circuit board and a current source. The device includes a casing and an electronic board which has a metallic surface connected to a power supply contact, on the one hand, and to circuits to be supplied with electric power on the other. The printed circuit board is kept on the casing by at least one securing means secured to the printed circuit board on the metallic surface and secured to the casing on a securing surface. The securing means has a conducting part between the power supply contact and the metallic surface for leading the power from the power supply contact to the circuits to be supplied with power.

Abstract: An electronic equipment includes a contact device for establishing electrical contact between a liquid crystal display and a printed circuit board of the electronic equipment. The contact device has an elastic sheet. Keys of the electronic equipment itself are molded in the elastic sheet which also includes a tab with contact tracks on its back face. The contact tracks of the tab provide electrical connection between the display and the printed circuit board.

Abstract: A portable electronic device has a housing, a printed circuit board within the housing, and an antenna. The printed circuit board has two parts, a first part to be electrically coupled to the antenna, and a second part with electronic circuitry that, before assembly of the portable electronic device, is mechanically coupled to the first part via a weak spot. The first and second parts are electrically connected to each other. Upon assembly of the portable electronic device, the first and second parts are mechanically separated from each other while still being electrically connected to each other. The first part is then fastened to a housing part of the portable electronic device, and the antenna is electrically connected to the fastened first part.

Abstract: A keypad is disclosed having a rigid plate with openings. A flexible sheet of the keypad has keys which protrude through the openings of the rigid plate. The keypad further includes a rigid insertion plate and a flexible contact sheet with dome-shaped contacts configured to contact the keys. The rigid plate and the rigid insertion plate have a curved shape, where the flexible sheet and the flexible contact sheet are located between the rigid plate and the rigid insertion plate to conform to the curved shape. The curved shape is concave along a longitudinal axis of the keypad and convex along the keypad transversal axis. Further, the top surfaces of the keys protruding from the openings are contoured to conform to the curved shape.
