    Abstract: A detachable zero-set scope mount assembly for a hand gun and other firearms has a sized elongated base plate having a planar upper surface, and a lower surface contoured to fit the hand gun, connectors are provided to precisely connect the base plate so that the longitudinal line thereof is in alignment with the longitudinal center line of the hand gun and positioned so as not to interfere with the standard sights on the hand gun.
