  • Patent number: 10202640
Abstract: Methods and oligonucleotide reagents for analyzing individual T cells are disclosed. In particular, the present disclosure provides methods for analyzing individual T cells using high-throughput multiplex amplification and deep sequencing of nucleic acids encoding T cell receptors (TCRs) and various other T cell phenotypic markers. The present disclosure further provides methods of reconstituting TCRs from individual T cells for functional studies, ligand discovery, or screening therapeutics.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 30, 2015
Date of Patent: February 12, 2019
Assignee: The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University
Inventors: Mark M. Davis, Jacob Glanville, Arnold Han
  • Publication number: 20160091491
Abstract: A diagnostic test for celiac disease is disclosed. In particular, the invention relates to a method of diagnosing celiac disease by detecting activated, gut-bound CD8+ alpha-beta T lymphocytes and gamma-delta T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of a subject who has consumed gluten for one to three days. This diagnostic test has a number of advantages over current tests for celiac test, including that the test is noninvasive, relatively inexpensive, and requires voluntary gluten ingestion over a short period of time.
    Type: Application

  • Patent number: 5582745
Abstract: A printed circuit board and a method for making same is disclosed whereby a very high wiring density is provided in those regions of the printed circuit board in which external components (e.g., semiconductor chips) are to be attached directly. An automated registration routine permits very precise registration and positioning in said regions.
