The indicia portion is viewable through the opening and the second frame edge is moveable away from the backing to facilitate insertion and withdrawal of indicia between the backing and the frame.

The second portion is moveable with respect to the first portion between an open position and a closed position and in some embodiments is ferro-magnetic such that the magnetic coupling member secures the second portion in the closed position.
