Abstract: A method for targeted, relevance driven, communication, interaction, engagement, community building, and personalized media content distribution, and consumption on a mobile telephone or television comprising detecting and interpreting a signal that previously has been given one or more functional contexts in order to display one from a plurality of performances contained within a single broadcast signal according to predefined specifications defined for the signal. The signal is digitally detecting the face of a person or an object, detecting a bar code, and/or detecting a sound. At least one predetermined advertisement or message is broadcast to a recipient based on the signal.

Abstract: A grain processing apparatus is used in one embodiment for debranning grain to remove the bran. In another embodiment, it is used as a mill for milling flour. The processor includes a cylindrical drum with an internal rotor having a set of impeller rods. The grain is loaded into the drum and is withdrawn as debranned kernels or flour as treatment proceeds. Bran removed from the grain is withdrawn through a vacuum discharge at the top of the apparatus. The grain is either discharged through a grain discharge or, where it is to be milled, it is withdrawn through the vacuum discharge as flour. The relatively coarse bran can be separated from the flour using a sifter. The air flow withdrawing the flour from the drum is drawn into the drum at the bottom, through a venturi and a valving arrangement. This cools the inlet air and maintains the temperature of the drum at an acceptable temperature.

Abstract: A rotary mill, particularly designed for the milling of flour, includes a screen assembly within which the hammer assembly rotates. It consists of a fine inner cylindrical screen surrounded by a coarse support screen. The cylindrical end edges of the screens are supported in end channels. The intake end of the cylindrical screen is provided with an annular wear plate around the inside thereof and extending two or three inches inwardly to protect the fine screen against heavy wear as the whole grain is entering and beginning to be broken up by the hammer assembly. A lip projects inwardly from the free edge of the wear strip to restrain movement of large particles onto the screen.

Abstract: A holding device for a rotary cutter has a supporting member extending over a greater part of each cutting element and having a web and holding tongues provided with an openings for receiving tightening screws, an abutment surface for abutting the cutting element and determining a projecting length of the latter, a wearing member fixed in the body part for abutment of the rear surface of the cutting element, a locking member for fixing the wearing member, a centrifuging wedge member with a wedge surface pressing the cutting element against the wearing member, wherein the wearing member has a locking groove which is open toward the cutting element and forms the abutment surface and in which the web of the supporting member is received in a form locking manner, and the centrifuging wedge member lies with its wedge surface directly against the front surface of the cutting element.

Abstract: A cutting device has a rotatable body part and a plurality of cutting units each arranged in a recess on the periphery of the body part. Each unit has a cutting member abutting against an abutment face in the respective recess, the supporting member connected with the body part, and a holding member loosely abutting against the abutment face of the recess, wherein the cutting member is displaceably and fixably held on the holding member and loosely abuts with its front surface against the supporting member.

Abstract: A rotatable cutter spindle for cutting chips of predetermined length has a supporting body having an axis, and a plurality of cutters mounted on the body in spaced relationship to one another and inclined relative to the axis of the body. Each of the cutters includes an acute angle with the axis and has a leading and a trailing end and defines cutting angles which differ from one to another of these ends. Each of the cutters has alternately arranged radially outer cutting edges and radially inner cutting edges of which the radially inner cutting edges are formed by grooves which are provided in the cutters and which have a width that increases from the leading end toward the trailing end of the cutter. The radially outer cutting edges are arranged at a first common circular surface, whereas the radially inner cutting edges are arranged at a second common circular surface.

Abstract: A cutter shaft for a wood machining apparatus is provided with at least one pocket in which a cutting knife is arranged between a pressure plate and a wear part with the cutting edge of the knife projecting beyond the peripheral surface of the shaft. A wedge located in a cutout of the shaft, intersecting the pocket, is guided in the cutout movable substantially in radial direction of the shaft and engaging with a wedge face, inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the radial direction, a corresponding face of the pressure plate to press the latter against one side face of the knife and therewith the other side face against said wear part. The aforementioned angle between the two engaging faces is outside the self-locking range and at least 35.degree. and preferably about 42.degree.. The wedge is biased by a spring in radial outward direction and, during rotation of the shaft, also by centrifugal force.
