  • Patent number: 11424649
Abstract: An internal rotor for an electric motor has a laminated rotor core with a multiplicity of rotor plates, and multiple pockets in each of which pocket a rotor magnet is at least partially arranged. The rotor plates have first recesses for forming the pockets and at least a first rotor plate which has at least a second recess associated with a first recess. A sprung web-shaped clamping element is formed between the second recess and the associated first recess, and tensioned toward the second recess by the associated rotor magnet to apply a force to the associated rotor magnet toward the first recess in order to hold the associated rotor magnet in the pocket. A rotor plate holds a rotor magnet in a pocket of a laminated rotor core.

  • Patent number: 11391282
Abstract: An axial ventilator (1) has a housing (2) and a fan wheel (3) arranged in the housing (2) to generate an axial air flow through the housing (2). The fan wheel (3) has multiple fan wheel blades (4) that extend radially outward from a hub (5) up to a respective blade tip (8). The blades extend spaced apart from an inner wall of the housing (2) via a head gap (12). The fan wheel blades (4) have boreholes (7) along the respective blade tip (8).

  • Publication number: 20140062243
Abstract: An internal rotor motor, in particular an electronically commutated internal rotor motor, has a multi-pole stator (28) and a rotor lamination stack (37; 52, 54, 56) mounted rotatably relative to said stator; furthermore a central bore is provided in the rotor lamination stack, the rotor lamination stack comprising individual laminations (41) whose respective central openings (47) comprise radially inwardly projecting first portions or tabs (50) into which a rotor shaft (18) is press-fitted, and said central openings (47) comprise, in angular sectors between the first portions (50), second portions (51) that, in the assembled state, are spaced away from the outside of the shaft (18), at least some (axially central) ones of the individual laminations (41) of the rotor lamination stack (52) being arranged with an angular offset from one another.
