Abstract: A device for suspending at least one component from a gantry, and a gantry that includes such a device includes a guide rail that can be secured on the gantry in an approximately vertical orientation, a carriage that is guided on the guide rail in a sliding movable manner and on which the component can be mounted, and a limit stop that is mounted on the guide rail beneath the carriage in a height-adjustable manner. The guide rail is divided into a lower part and an upper part, which are connected to each other by way of a pivot connection having a pivot axis parallel to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail.
