  • Publication number: 20240111620
Abstract: The disclosed computer-implemented method for generating remedy recommendations for power and performance issues within semiconductor software and hardware. For example, the disclosed systems and methods can apply a rule-based model to telemetry data to generate rule-based root-cause outputs as well as telemetry-based unknown outputs. The disclosed systems and methods can further apply a root-cause machine learning model to the telemetry-based unknown outputs to analyze deep and complex failure patterns with the telemetry-based unknown outputs to ultimately generate one or more root-cause remedy recommendations that are specific to the identified failure and the client computing device that is experiencing that failure.

  • Patent number: 11751426
Abstract: A hybrid permeation barrier having two complementary layers is disclosed. The barrier includes a first layer with a relatively high stress-thickness in the range of ?1000 MPa-?m to ?200 MPa-?m and a second layer with a relatively low stress-thickness in the range ?150 MPa-?m to 300 MPa-?m. The second layer compensates for the stress caused by the first, thereby allowing for a barrier that provides good permeation without causing failure of the device due to delamination.

  • Publication number: 20220011270
Abstract: This disclosure describes systems and methods for ultrasound imaging and targeting. In one example, the systems and methods improve targeting and imaging through a heterogenous medium by using the angular spectrum approach (ASA) alone or in combination with passive acoustic mapping (PAM). In another example, the systems and methods improve the ultrasound imaging of vessels using microbubbles. The imaging of the vessels is also aided by the ASA and PAM. A closed loop controller is described that adjusts the ultrasound pressure provided to a region of interest to a desired pressure based at least in part on the harmonic, ultra-harmonic, sub-harmonic, or broadband frequency ranges for the microbubbles.

  • Publication number: 20190228410
Abstract: A method for processing contextual cryptograms includes: receiving, by a receiver of a processing server, transaction data for a proposed payment transaction; receiving, by the receiver of the processing server, at least one payment cryptogram and, for each payment cryptogram, an associated identifier; identifying, by the processing server, one or more contextual rules associated with each of the at least one payment cryptograms based on the respective associated identifier; determining, by the processing server, approval or denial of the proposed payment transaction based on the received transaction data as applied to each of the identified one or more contextual rules for each of the at least one payment cryptograms; and transmitting, by a transmitter of the processing server, the determined approval or denial of the proposed payment transaction.

  • Publication number: 20170372334
Abstract: In one embodiment, one or more agents monitor the usage of an application management system by one or more users associated with an entity, the one or more agents executing on one or more servers that implement the application management system. An adoption score for the entity is generated based on collected usage data and used to form a combined score for the entity that can be used, e.g., for resource allocation in the application management system.

  • Publication number: 20160224400
Abstract: A system that automatically provides a root cause analysis for performance issues associated with an application, a tier of nodes, an individual node, or a business transaction. One or more distributed business transactions are monitored and data obtained from the monitoring is provided to a controller. The controller analyzes the data to identify performance issues with the business transaction, tiers of nodes, individual nodes, methods, and other components that perform or affect the business transaction performance. Once the performance issues are identified, the cause of the issues is determined as part of a root cause analysis.

  • Publication number: 20160224990
Abstract: A system allows a provider to better monitor the health of customer accounts. The present system monitors customer utilization and adoption of their product using machine data along with human evaluation data. The customer may be monitored in several areas of usage with a product. The monitoring results include machine data (usage data) which is combined with human input to generate a health score for a customer. Once the health score is determined, action items may be assigned, a renewal possibility may be considered for future business, and expansion possibilities may be determined.
