Abstract: A betting game is described, using a standard 52-deck of cards. Each player receives 3 cards, including an exposed flop hand which indicates a target value. The game is similar to blackjack, in that each player tries to reach a target value for the cards in his hand. An innovative feature is that the target always changes, with each deal of the cards. Players may exchange cards for fresh cards, always keeping a total of 3. Three rounds are played before a winner is determined, and the deal ends.
