    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a surface preparation and livery printing system and a method of preparing a surface and printing a livery. The method includes preparing a surface of an aircraft part in a first processing booth to form a prepared surface of the aircraft part. The method also includes transporting the aircraft part to a second processing booth being adjacent to the first processing booth upon completion of preparing the surface. The method further includes applying a livery to the prepared surface of the aircraft part in a second processing booth and upon completion of applying the livery, transporting the aircraft part to a third processing booth being adjacent to the second processing booth. The method still further includes applying a clearcoat over at least the livery applied to the prepared surface of the aircraft part in a third processing booth.

The number of starts provided on the punch corresponds to the number of starts provided on the draw stud. The multi-start thread on the punch is engaged with the multi-start thread on the draw stud in use. A method using same to punch a hole in sheet metal is also provided.

The arbor has a nose having at least one threaded portion and at least one unthreaded portions on an external surface thereof. The arbor also has at least one pin passageway extending therethrough. The pin sleeve has at least one pin extending from a main body. The arbor extends through the pin sleeve. The cutting device has a back plate and a plurality of teeth extending therefrom. The back plate has a passageway defined by a wall with at least one threaded portion and at least one unthreaded portion. The at least one threaded portion of the cutting device is capable of engaging with the at least one threaded portion of the nose, and the at least one pin of the pin sleeve is capable of engagement with the at least one pin passageway of the arbor to secure the components together.
