The method also involves receiving health information related to the member. The health information includes a medical condition code, a health risk assessment, health insurance plan information, and health insurance claim data. The method also involves determining a member profile using the demographic information and the health information. The method also involves selecting content for the member based on the member profile. The method also involves providing the selected content to a computing device associated with the member.
