    Abstract: A toilet seat lifting assembly for lifting a toilet seat includes a toilet that has a toilet seat which is hingedly coupled thereto for sitting on. a cup is operationally coupled to the toilet seat. A hydraulic rod is included that has a rounded end defining a ball, and the ball is rotatably retained in the cup such that the hydraulic rod is pivotable in the cup. A pedal housing is positionable on a floor adjacent to the toilet and the hydraulic rod slidably extends into the pedal housing. A first lever is pivotally coupled to the pedal housing and the first lever actuates the hydraulic rod to extend upwardly when the first lever is manipulated. A second lever is pivotally coupled to the first lever and a pedal is pivotally coupled to the pedal housing. The pedal is pivotally coupled to the second lever and the second lever manipulates the first lever when the pedal is stepped on for lifting the toilet seat.

    Abstract: A process for revitalization of the coal deposit for enhanced microbial gas production by exposing coal deposit to air oxidation. Water is removed from coal beds and stored. The coal is exposed to hydrogen peroxide for providing oxygen-rich organic molecules that are more readily biodegraded. Oxidation and drying out of coal produces additional cracks within the coal matrix to allow microbes greater access to the overall coal matrix. The coal is reinjected with emulsified oil and inorganic nutrients by transporting produced water from the storage sites to the reinjection wells. Produced water is mixed with oil and inorganic nutrients in a holding tank. The reinjection water containing nutrients and oil is then injected into the coal under pressure. The mixture presence of the oil speeds up cell division of bacteria and methanogens in the coal and create microbial biomass sufficient to accelerate biomethanogenesis of the coal.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a device for forming countersinks on a piece of material at a non-perpendicular angle. The device can be easily adjusted to vary the depth of the hole to be drilled, and is of simple construction. The device is an elongate tube that defines a continuous opening along its central longitudinal axis. The opening extends through the first and second end, and is adapted to receive a drill bit therethrough. The first end has at least one cutting edge for forming a countersink. The second end defines at least one slot parallel to the central axis and extends along the tube outer surface, to allow circumferential compression of the tube when squeezed by a drill chuck.

    Abstract: The transducer is one that combines magnetostrictive and electrostrictive/piezoelectric transducer effects to form a transducer with improved performance. A transducer is provided which the two aforementioned effects are mechanically coupled in series allowing cancellation of the motion at one end of the transducer and maximization of the motion at the other end thereof. In an alternate construction, respective transducer types are connected mechanically in parallel in which the pressure may be cancelled on one side and increased on the other side of the transducer array. Either the velocity of pressure cancellation leads to a transducer element or transducer array with unidirectional properties. This device described herein may also be used as an intensity measuring instrument or as an acoustic sound repeater.
