    Abstract: This invention is directed at a safety vest for use by personel in the compartment of a moving vehicle such as an ambulance. The vest is attached by a strap to a reel and a track in the roof of the vehicle. The user can work freely in a standing position; however, on sudden movement or stop the vest and the reel and strap will prevent the user from being thrown.
