  • Publication number: 20050067362
Abstract: A display system can accommodate a number of products. The system includes one or more modules. Each module may be mounted on a support wall and includes back and shelf portions. Advantageously, a number of modules are arranged in a number of rows, one row above another. A number of dividers are removably secured to at least one of the walls and may be moved in stepwise or continuous fashion to separate groups of the products within each row. Various of the modules may include hook bars secured to the back wall portions for hanging certain of the products and/or space thieves removably secured to the shelf portions for forwardly offsetting stacked or hung products.

  • Patent number: 6831363
Abstract: An interconnect structure for a semiconductor device includes an organic, low dielectric constant (low-k) dielectric layer formed over a lower metallization level. A via formed is within the low-k dielectric layer, the via connecting a lower metallization line formed in the lower metallization level with an upper metallization line formed in an upper metallization level. The via is surrounded by a structural collar selected from a material having a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) so as to protect the via from shearing forces following a thermal expansion of the low-k dielectric layer.

  • Publication number: 20040204308
Abstract: An improved thermal phase separation unit separates contaminants from a contaminated substrate. The improved thermal phase separation unit includes an enclosure arranged to withstand temperatures created by a combustion system, an essentially air-tight processing chamber supported within the enclosure by support columns connected between the processing chamber and a bottom of the enclosure, a heat shield disposed between the processing chamber and the bottom of the enclosure, and a vapor handling system arranged to remove vapor from the processing chamber. The combustion system heats the processing chamber, and, in turn, indirectly heats contaminated substrate being processed in the processing chamber so as to volatize contaminants in the contaminated substrate to vapor that is subsequently removed by the vapor handling system.
