Publication number: 20230276787Abstract: The present invention relates generally to the field of animal lifts. More specifically, the present invention relates to a vehicle-mountable game animal lift device that is primarily comprised of a vertical mast, at least one winch, at least one cable, and at least one hanging bar. The device is durable and made of metal such that it can retain the weight of large game animals and hold them steadily to the device. The device is also comprised of a winch that can easily lift an animal from the ground. In this manner, the device can be attached to any ATV or utility vehicle known in the art such that an individual may lift and transport any fallen game animal out of a hunting area without the assistance of others.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 2, 2022Publication date: September 7, 2023Inventors: Arthur Ross, Ollie Ross

Publication number: 20220230249Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to condition tree optimization techniques. In examples, a condition tree is comprised of rules and associated logical operators. The condition tree is used to process a set of variables, thereby generating an evaluation result. In some instances, multiple evaluations are performed, for example to identify variables that affect the evaluation result of the condition tree. As compared to dynamic variables that may change across various iterations, certain variables may be static. Subparts of the condition tree associated with such static variables may be identified, such that they may be evaluated and replaced with a resulting processing result, thereby generating an “optimized” condition tree. Thus, the optimized condition tree may comprise dynamic subparts and processing results in place of static subparts. The condition tree may be processed to identify variables that negatively affect an evaluation result, which may be identified as candidate variables for change.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 19, 2021Publication date: July 21, 2022Applicant: Better Holdco, Inc.Inventors: Juliette Rembrandt Klingsberg, Sam Arthur Ross, Hanson Yu

Publication number: 20200398054Abstract: A system includes a medical device comprising a reader and a processor, and a storage medium containing a content. The reader is configured to read the content from the storage medium such that the processor switches the medical device from a first mode to a second mode based on the content. The processor or the reader is configured to interface with the storage medium based on the processor switching the medical device from the first mode to the second mode such that the content of the storage medium is deleted or scrambled. Once the content in the storage medium is erased or scrambled, it is no longer usable by the medical device until additional content has been loaded or programmed into the storage medium.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 25, 2020Publication date: December 24, 2020Inventors: Joseph P. Errico, Arthur Ross, Basit Qari
