  • Publication number: 20250382301
Abstract: This invention is in the field of medicinal chemistry. In particular, the invention relates to a new class of small-molecule compounds having a 6,6-heterocyclic structure (e.g., compounds having a naphthyridine, pyrido-pyridazine, pyrido-pyrazine, quinoline, pyrazino-pyridazine, pyrimido-pyrimidine, quinazoline, quinoxaline or cinnoline ring system) which function as inhibitors of DYRK1A, DYRK1B, DYRK2, DYRK3, CLK1, CLK2, CLK3, CLK4, CDK7, CDK8/19, PI3K, PDGFrA/B, mTOR, WNT, homeodomain-interacting kinases (HIPKs), and/or CMGC kinases leading to inhibition of WNT signaling, and their use as therapeutics for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease, down syndrome, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders (e.g., airway inflammation, osteoarthritis (e.g., knee related osteoarthritis)), cancer (e.g.

  • Publication number: 20090234706
Abstract: A method of auctioning contact with prospective customers. A user profile associated with a prospective customer and use of proxy information to establish a communication channel by which the prospective customer may be contacted is auctioned to a plurality of bidders and, upon receiving bids, a group of winning bidders is determined. The winning bidders purchase the use of a communication medium to contact the prospective customer using proxy information which allows the prospective customers to remain anonymous.

  • Patent number: 4453844
Abstract: Large area concrete structures, such as roadways, parking lots and playing field bases are monolithically cast with integral drainage elements using an especially formulated water-permeable concrete material having strength and durability comparable to conventional concrete. Such structures provide minimal interference with natural water flow patterns, optimal use of available land, and minimal harm to adjacent vegetation.

  • Patent number: 4333765
Abstract: A cementitious material is formed without the necessity of sand or fresh water by sizing coarse aggregate with silicon dioxide in salt water and mixing the sized aggregate with cement. Fresh water is not required, and the conventional fine aggregate component (typically sand) can be omitted. This material can be formed using a minimal amount of water resulting in a high-strength, light weight, cementitious material comprising a plurality of sized aggregate elements positioned contiguous to one another at a plurality of points and defining spaces in between. The aggregate elements are bonded together at the points of contiguity into a rigid coherent body.
