Abstract: An expandable bag having a bag body, at least one expendable member and at least one retractable wheel assembly is provided. The bag body defines an enclosed space of the expandable bag. The at least one expendable member is coupled to the bag body to expand a size of the enclosed space. Further, the at least one retractable wheel assembly is coupled along the at least one expandable member. The at least one retractable wheel assembly is operational to drag the expandable bag thereon, only when the at least one expendable member is expanded to increase the size of expandable bag.

Abstract: An expandable luggage includes a compartment and a cover. The cover is swingly attached to the compartment to close and open the compartment. The compartment includes a bottom surface and a peripheral wall vertically extending from a periphery of the bottom surface, defining the compartment with a closable opening. Further, the cover includes a top surface and a protrusion vertically extending from a periphery of the top surface so that the protrusion coordinates with the compartment when the cover closes the closable opening. The expandable luggage includes a horizontally expandable gusseted arrangement configured along the entire peripheral wall of the compartment to horizontally expand a size of the compartment from all sides thereof and accessible from the closable opening.

Abstract: A combination “carry on” and “check in” bag in the shape of a conventional carry-on luggage or backpack and or a larger duffel bag or large luggage made of flexible material and includes handles, storage pockets, a slide handle with storage pocket, backpack straps stored in a rear compartment for use while in the backpack configuration, and various zippers and pleats to achieve the expansion and retraction of the invention. While using it as a carry on bag the zip of the zipper closes and tucks in the extra/additional bag material in its inverted position and when needed for using as a duffel bag, the zip of the zipper opens and expands the material outward to create extra space for luggage.
